I just received this and am glad I chose the set. I had been contemplating buying each of these, particularly a gripper ball and finger stretcher as well as a new figure 8 resistance tube because my old one was showing signs of wear. when i came across this set offering all the items that i wanted plus the other items at such a good bundled price, i decided to give it a shot. what did i have to lose? it was a very low price, so if i was unhappy, i could return it and buy the higher priced ones.So, background before review: I'm in my mid 50s with tendinitis and have a LOT of pain in my hands, wrist, and arm that radiates frequently all the way up into my nech and even jaw. I've recently begun taking ASL classes and find that practicing sign language is aggravating my condition. So I figured if I try and strengthen my hands and forearm, and stabilize the muscles and tendons that hold everything together, I might experience less comfort as I increase signing.On to the review. When I opened these up, I was happy to see that they are strong enough resistance to give my hands a workout but light enough that it doesn't kill me to use them... providing I only do about 10 reps with each one. Hey, it's a start. I didn't know just how weak my hands were!The forearm gripper is adjustable, so I'm excited about that. It goes from "easy to squeeze" all the way to "what is this, a brick?"The green thing that reminds me of a coronet is not adjustable, however. The springs on this are pretty tight for me. I can depress the "keys" with my index and middle fingers with relative ease, but my ring and pinky fingers can barely budge them.The finger stretcher is awesome. I imagine my grandkids will want to play with it like it was the newest fidget-gadget, but this one is all mine! As I spread my fingers, it strengthens (or will) each finger. I thought this would be easy. And it will be, some day!The figure 8 resistance tube is a pretty cheap quality tube, but it does the job. It is a medium resistance band, and I use it for working my upper body as well as my ankles. This is one of those items that was a "must have" for me. As previously mentioned, my old one was getting worn out. This new one isn't designed to last forever, but it will probably last me several months. Having paid only about 8 bucks for the entire set of items, I'll get every penny's worth and then some out of it.So if you are on the fence about ordering this set, don't be. It's a good value for the average person looking. Maybe not for a serious athlete, but definitely great for anyone who is doing physical therapy or just wanting to strengthen weak or aging hands.

Great exercise machine for hands, I bought it for my son, after he broke his hand he needed to work on it, the exercise machine really helped!

I purchased this for the hand gripper which I use randomly throughout the day. I'm not keen on the proper names for the other items are. The egg shaped ball feels kind of gross. The finger spreader works great. The thing that has springs to press with your fingers is probably the least quality item. The spacing seems off. I've tried all the items in the kit and will eventually use them all.

The finger spreaders are a bit stretched out already. It's mostly good if your fin Shaquille O'Neil, but even me with big hands, I can barely feel the tention. The main grip one, easy to adjust, its good from 10 to 60 kgs though you can barely feel the weight. The plastic its made with is low quality and the grip is kind of uncomfortable and easily gave me rubber burn. The ring and the egg are nice and easy to use. The individual finger one functions nice but sucks with quality of the plastick and springs. Very easy to bend, and its more of a fidget toy instead of a exercise.

Works great for strengthen your hands and increase your hand size. Just what I expected.
