I like the white color. It fits perfectly with our existing central vacuum system. We did need to buy a different power vacuum head because this connection is different but that needed to be updated anyway.

Ordered this as additional unit for the basement and it works well. The wand with extension is stuck and I am unable to extend it. I called the support instead of returning it and Penny answered and understood the issue and has shipped replacement wand! Awesome support and hats off to Cen-Tec Systems!

Got this bc new home came with central vacuum system but I’m regretting it. First...the hose is HEAVY!! The suction capacity is no where as good as my little mighty mite eureka on hard woods. On carpet it’s almost too much suction and it’s hard to push and pull the carpet piece and it even “lifts” the carpet if I have to pull piece off.
