Can you i install any size led light bar on this mount?

I have a 20” and it’s fine. The bar isn’t too sturdy so I wouldn’t try mounting a large light bar on it.

how long is the bar, what is the diamter of the bar?

The bar is 24" long and 1.3" in diameter.

Will this fit my 2016 land rover discovery sport? i want to put this with the 20" light bar. will it all fit or be to bulky looking?

As long as your license plate is not recessed into the bumper it will work, love mine. I do have a 20 inch light bar on mine.

Will this work as a bumper guard? And will it fit a 2022 Kia Rio car

no its only a foot long and its made of real thin metal it would not fit my 2002 kia sportage the holes would not line up on the bumper. it would not work for a bumper guard its thin metal it said it would fit my car did not work.
