Oh that's nasty
Watermelon and mango ......it's a no! Oh my days that is not a good flavour at all! As for its benefits I'm unsure to be honest 1.7g of carbs for a mid training session drink doesn't seem enough Helps if you can stomach the awful taste and smell aswell I usually like watermelon, my pre workout is watermelon and it tastes nice this mango mixed death juice is an assault on the senses I'd avoid, now I have 39 servings to go ...wish me luck

Great Intra-workout product.
Has all I need for my workouts and additionally I’ll add cluster dextrin for my bigger sessions. Tastes great as well.

Nice
The powder makes your water pink , then turn yellow ish. I feel less tired when training with this drink .

Clumpy
Not sure if they’ve changed the formula, my first bag didn’t clump at all and mixed well, the current bag clumps badly and takes a lot of mixing to dissolve. Will probably try a different brand next time, but this one does taste great once mixed
