I just love these. Easy to fit on my cages for Nikon Z8 and Z30. These little beauties enable me to connect my HDMI cables without putting any strain on the camera's HDMI socket. An easy recommendation!

Used it a ton, still works like new, looks like a really high quality, both the cable and the unit itself. Love the minimalist size and as you might guess, it's easy to use.

I bought this to extend my HDMI connection from my camera as some instances on the field can put strain on the port. There’s those who are in a position where they can easily replace their device and those who are scared to even scratch the one that they have. This is a good way to ensure your camera doesn’t suffer. Only things holding me back from giving it a 5* are the low refresh rate and that the cable is a little short so you have to be a bit strategic on how you mount this to your cage while having room for other accessories.

HDMI type-A to type-D adaptor. The Sony A7Cii has quite a few design flaws, one of them is the inclusion of a micro-HDMI port - it's very vulnerable and just waiting to get ripped off the mainboard. Fortunately Smallrig make this solution and it works very well, allowing full-size HDMI cables to be attached and removed with zero stress to the mini port itself. Note that you also need a camera cage to attach this to - many of which also have a cable clamp which further strengthens the connection. I do wish there was a version with a right-angle HDMI-D plug so the cable wasn't sticking out so much.

This one is major I wish I tried this earlier. Kind of makes me hate smallHD brand for their stingy and elitist cabling but here we go I could resolve it. Still hating sony alpha though 😂 Good image but the pain of horrible menus and the small body etc I can’t love it after used canon body as my first.

I use this on my camera cage so that I'm not risking the camera's own HDMI socket from constant connection and disconnection. It's handy, but could do with being just a little bit longer as the mounting options on the cage are limited due to its length, would be nice to be able to move it around a bit

This is a must have if you have a camera cage! It means you can leave this plugged in all the time and use a full size HDMI cable! No more worrying about micro hdmis breaking or snapping!
