Starlink Connection
Worked great for my Starlink connection on my converted RV/Ambulance, tested with LAN tester and was all good.

STARLINK PORT FOR RV - AIRSTREAM - NO DRILLING
After reading countless blogs of over engineering, guestimaneering, and long YouTube "Hey watch me destroy this!" videos, I found one precious one by a real EE that exposed this part - RG45 CAT6 Shielded Industrial Panel Mount Bulkhead (each word significant in a search), which matches all Starlink technical requirements. And wonder of wonders, you can replace one of those skunky old RG6 coax "satellite" (DishTV) ports with the perfect Starlink port. Just make the existing hole in the plastic of the port 3/4" (existing is 3/8") by whatever means you have (thin -1/8" soft plastic, easy to cut) and you're through the wall. Use a CAT6e patch cord on the inside to the Starlink router and bingo - pro job done. Enjoy the wonders of half-gig per second low latency Internet wherever you may roam! Well Made, but Non-Standard Threads
These seem well made, and appear to support shielded cables. If this kit were improved with 2 simple changes, it would be fantastic: 1) Replace the plastic faceplate included in this kit with a metal one, such as https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N5O56LG; and 2) Use of standard thread pattern which matches a NPT standard. This kit is substantially cheaper than https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BL72C757, however the latter has the advantage of solving both problems I described above. To re-cap, this ethernet cable connector is quite well made, however my biggest gripe is that the screw thread on the connectors is incompatible with glands meeting the NPT standards. This means if you want to connect conduit to your ethernet receptacle, you will need to look elsewhere. The connector is the same diameter as a 1/2" NPT gland, but its threads are too fine (the NPT standard calls for coarser - or more widely spaced apart - screw threads, which is why these won't work with a standard conduit connector).Dinged one star for the short-sighted gland incompatibility.

these are great RJ45 bulkhead connectors
I needed one to go through the wall of an electronics box. Its not in a wet location, and the Ethernet cable will always be connected, so I removed the protective screw-on cap before installation. The RJ45 connector locking tab is on the top on one side, and on the bottom on the other side, so it preserves the correct straight through wiring. You will need a 7/8" chassis punch (or 1/2" CONDUIT chassis punch which measures ~7/8"), or a step drill for the mounting hole.

Worked great!
This worked great. I especially like the low profile unlike some other products. Easy to install.I would like to see them and a key option, that is a keyed hole. A Keyes recess in the part with an optional keyed retainer ring would be nice.

Perfect for the need ...
I used these to remote mount the handset for a GMRS radio in my wife and daughter's vehicles. This allowed me to have the control handset stored out of site when not in use, but still be able to attach and use when necessary. Looks great on the dash and was fairly easy to install (vehicle dependent).

Most compact and well build I have seen so far!
I have tried a few of these. Most costing way more than this one. This one is the best I have found so far. Much more compact and sturdy. I will report back if I have troubles. I am using this to extend\relocate the handset for a 15-watt GMRS. So far it's holding up to the task.
