The belt looks just like it says. One size really does fit all. Me and my bf share it at times and he wears a men's 30 and I wear a women's 20. It never slips in size and so far I haven't had any problems with the clasp.

Love this belt, it's so detailed and colorful, only thing I don't like is where it's adjustable, the piece that you tighten is difficult to get thru your belt loops so it's a little difficult to get on and off
