Love these
I have been looking for this type of cracker for years. These are perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Light and crispy. Perfect for spreadable cheeses.

It's good, try it 👍
Tastes good 😋 light, and satiety. Great as a snack with cheese, jam, avocado, and more. The price is o.k.

Versatile, crunchy, and easy to chew.
I almost never write reviews on food. However, I feel that this particular product deserves one. I LOVE them. Crunchy, an almost neutral flavor. I have made tiny sandwiches, s’mores, and eaten them out of the package. I will definitely buy these on a weekly basis.

Reasonable Bread Alternative -some pros and cons
I have mixed feelings about these. The list of ingredients, as with most WASA crackers, are better than most comparable things but still just so-so, healthwise. It's not easy to find a healthy or good low-carb bread or sturdy and large cracker that can be layered to make a small sandwich. The good -fat free, no cholesterol, low sodium, Non-GMO Project Verified. This last thing is super important. Stop buying GMO corn and soy -it's really unhealthy and in the vast majority of highly processed foods. I prefer organic wherever possible but, if not, at least non-gmo. These taste reasonably good and have an interesting texture that some people will like and others not. Imagine having a sandwich cracker made of flavorless baked cheetos puffs -that is exactly the texture... as if you took cheetos and formed them into an extruded lightly baked cracker (without any of the cheese or other flavors apart from the faint hint of sugar and salt). They do break easily if you are trying to spread something like cold cream cheese on them but even that is doable if you are careful. They are strong enough to make a sandwich with a few ounces of turkey and cheese without breaking while you eat it. So, they are great for smaller sandwiches and can absolutely replace bread in this way. The negative -the quality of the ingredients to me is lacking, or perhaps the storage. It has a slightly off smell lately on every type of WASA cracker I buy but these smell considerably less bad/inferior than other types of WASA crackers that I've since given up on buying. Also, the other kinds not only smelled bad but tasted off and just really not good and the color was off as well (looked moldy and the packages were brand new with expiration dates six months out). Although these are reasonably lower in carbs and can fit all low-carb diets, they are not a great option for keto -so be mindful of that if you are trying to be in ketosis. 3 crackers have 13g net carbs and that can even be keto friendly if you just eat 1-2; there is a very small amount of added sugar, perhaps around or less than 1g. So, this can also be somewhat diabetic friendly if you don't over indulge in the amount of crackers eaten in one sitting or per day. That said, the smell and taste will absolutely trigger some people's carb cravings and possibly make you want to keep eating more than just 1-3. If you are easily triggered by the smell and taste of carbs, I would avoid these but you might want to try and see if you are OK just eating 1-3 per day max. For everyone else, these should be a suitable healthier alternative to bread and the fairly neutral taste will not overpower anything. So, anything from butter, cream cheese, jelly/jam, pb, to deli meats, cheeses, egg salad or tuna, a blt, etc. will work. It's a good plain crunchy accompaniment to cottage cheese, yogurt, soup or salad, as well.
