Q: Are these clear noodle

These are indeed clear. I use these for fresh spring rolls. Soak in hot tap water for 30-40 minutes. Do not replace the hot water just let it cool with the noodles in it and they turn out nice and chewwy with a good bite and mouth feel. If placed in an airtight container they with stay this way for about a week in the fridge. They are also good for a quick noodle soup, boiling water bullion and some sambar. Delicious, I hope this helped.

Q: Where is it manufactured?

I'm not sure I just know it is authentic Asian and delicious. They are made from the starch of bean thread. A delicious clear noodle. The directions are in Asian so I will tell you, they come very hard and brittle. Soak them in cold water for about 15 minutes, I then cut the length down a little with kitchen scissors. When you add them to your dish in a small amount of liquid they are done and ready to eat when they become completely clear.
