Brush head doesn't lock up
Bought this with high expectations but have to return it. The brush head doesn't lock in place and the brush kept falling from the handle as you can see in the picture, it doesn't have a lot of power which I think is "good" for the health of the hair but at the same time I believe you can burn your hair if you pass it a lot. I liked the fact that is lightweight (compared with the Revlon) and that it has separate speed and heat settings. I am so sad that it didn't work for me, I may think the product they sent me was defective but don't want to waste my time requesting a replacement and the same happens.
