I made sure I ordered as pure a form as possible because I also drink it to purify the cells of my body. I mix 60g of magnesium chloride with 1 l of water and I drink 200ml of the solution everyday for 5 days. This is a French habit I inherited from my mother and it has always worked a treat for me. I can't guarantee that Ancient Minerals Magnesium Chloride will work for everybody in terms of oral consumption but it does for me, so consume at your own risk! I also use this for my foot baths and it leaves my feet all soft and reenergized. I am just about to reorder a pack actually!

If you have used Epsom salt for healing infections or for soaking - move up to magnesium salts. You use less and it honestly makes a huge difference for healing & muscle/joint pain. Can't live without it! Remember to NOT rinse off. If you're dirty, shower first to get clean then run the bathtub to soak. 1 handful is plenty. It's WAY more expensive but totally worth it.
