I've kept a bottle of probiotics in the fridge for years now. If anyone in our family has the slightest stomach upset, we take one or two a day for a couple of days and it clears the issue. Whilst you don't have to keep it refrigerated, it extends the life massively. I always look for 50Bn+ with multiple strains of live probiotics. I researched quite a bit and found this to be the best value at time of purchase (2023) If you've got a runny tummy, I'd highly recommend these first before trying other meds - natural and good for the body!

Defo great for anyone like myself who has stomach and digestive issues. Generally, it helps keep bloating, discomfort, and difficulty with digestion at bay 🥰 Also if you have difficulty getting rid of ur waste daily it does help. I use to have another brand of 20billion cultures and use to take one a day, but it wouldn't necessarily always keep down the bloating or help me poo. However, I take 2 capsules a day of these which is 110 billion cultures a day and works a breeze. Its much cheaper than my old brand and you get double the amount!! Its stronger in its effectiveness and I defo see the benefits. I've probably been using for about 3/4 months and I wouldn't use any other at this stage. I'm happy

Excellent supplement offering equal concentration of each bacteria strain unlike other supplements which bulk the formula with cheaper l.bacillus & only provide tiny amounts of the remaining strains and continue with their false marketing claims. There are no immediate impacts to my health however I'm taking this long term as part of my daily regime.

Early to say the effectiveness but in 1 day i took I already went to toilet twice and even on my second day of taking it my bowel movement become normal. I suffered from ibs for 18 years, at first i was hesitant to buy but since i read some reviews about this lactobacillus I decided to give it a try. This the highest live strain i found 55B..Very worth of money.. Buy this!

Helps settle tummy and bloating
