Amazonia Manhattan 4-Piece Patio Deep Seating Set | Eucalyptus Wood | Ideal for Outdoors and Indoors, Black

I purchased this set with the additional end table for our new front patio. This is a sleek and very attractive design! The eucalyptus wood is a good choice for it's durability. The sling seats are comfortable and seem very sturdy. The set sits a little low, but hasn't been a problem for me as the arms are there to push you up and out with ease! As most people said, the first seat was a little tedious, but my husband I had it all put together in about an hour. You probably will need two people, one for holding and the other for attaching bolts. I'm very happy with our purchase!

As another reviewer mentioned it doesn't ship with the "FREE FERON GARD VINYL PRESERVATIVE". Hopefully they'll update the product description.On the plus side, they look great. The seats are pretty comfortable, especially for outdoor chairs. The sling material doesn't leave marks like rattan or webbing. And they are surprisingly light and sturdy. The "love seat" is just 2 seats connected, so you can't sit in the middle, but otherwise it is good. The assembly is simple but tedious. Do yourself a favor and use an electric screw driver with allen wrench bits and a ratchet socket set.

The product came without the sealer. I have not put it together yet. I would like to seal it before assembly. I will update this review after hearing back from the supplier.I had to buy a dremel to fix one of the slots so the bench would fit together. Unfortunate but i made it work. Besides these two things i like the look and feel of the finished product. I hope someone reads this review and sends me the wood finish spray they promised.

I love amazonia furniture, I have purchased two tables, and rocking chairs from the company,. This set is beautifully made, but is small, and very low to the ground. I probably will use this set for the front deck, as they are attractive but not comfortable

Beware - do NOT buy eucalyptus products from Amazonia. We purchased a table and chair set which the table top began to split withing months despite following manufacturer directions on oiling. I glued down the curling veneers, put in storage over winter, and it got worse the next season (total of four months outside). I emailed Amazonia and they said it was past the one year warranty and only offered to send me some more oil. I wish I would have contacted them on day one but I was trying to be resourceful and get the top glued down.The top of this table is cheap veneers glued on to rotten(!!!) wood as I had to remove the curled veneers. Table and chairs look like trash and are literally rotting before my eyes and are soft to the touch. Avoid!

Everyone loves it and it's surprisingly comfortable for such a simple design. Would recommend this product. The table wood was slightly different in color to the chairs but I loved it that way as it gav ethe piece a bit more style rather than something that came of a production line.

Very nice looking. Has held up well. Only thing I didn't notice was height. Looks funny it's so low almost like children's furniture. Not for middle aged who has trouble standing from low position

Looks Good, Very Comfortable, Easy to Assemble! Makes our porch look much more relaxing and inviting than our old set. Very pleased with this purchase!

This set looks really attractive in real life. The seat height is a little bit lower than normal - which is perfect to me. However, assembling the set is the reason I reduced 1 star. Actually I should have reduced 2 stars, but Amazon made partial refund - which added 1 star back.1. Two wood sides (chair arms) are joined together by a wood bar (underneath the seat which made the chair firm), but this wood bar is longer than the width of the seat (the black part). So, after fastening the 2 arms to this wood bar, you can nail the black seat to 1 arm only. There is a big gap (more than 1 inch!) on the other side - because of which you can not attach the black seat to the arm. This issue happens to all 3 chairs.2. Many holes are not aligned very well with the other, so assembling is really hard. In the instruction, it says we should use hands only to do, not any machine. So, I'm sure that women are not able to finish.3. missing the FERON GARD VINYL PRESERVATIVE as mentioned in the ad. Many other reviews on Amazon.com state the same thing. It's true.In short, look at, set on and feel the set, I personally think that: the manufacturer is not very professional in making chairs. Their design is really good, but technical side is really bad.
