Probably? Synthetic lubricants are a risk with anything, because they are so much more viscous than regular, standard oil. I run it just fine in my 2003 tundra with 126k miles. No leaks. If you've never had any issues or had it rebuilt, you're probably okay. I would just watch it, very closely, for the first week, if you make the change.

Can this atf be used to 04' lexus rx330 power steering fluid? tks!

It is comparable with power steering fluid in my Nissan. I would check with Lexus, but i expect it is compatible with most power steering fluids. I’ve been using it for over 7 years in my Frontier with out a problem. I use Mobil 1 fluids exclusively.
