Perfect, Functional, and Beautiful!
When I got my Kindle Oasis, I did some research to decide which case would best suit me. Ended up on this one. Specifically the one called "Z-Shades of Blue" which is so beautiful yet understated. The case has made it very enjoyable to read my kindle. There is a strap you can slide your hand into that I love and always use. There is a kickstand you can open up if you want to set it on a table (used that as well!). This kickstand also has a pocket so that you can put your driver's license and a credit card in there if you really want to pack light. This case does an excellent job of putting my device asleep when I close it and waking it back up when I open it. Need to pop the kindle out the case? No problem. The kindle is definitely snug in there (I've dropped it with the case on and it didn't pop out - instead, the case protected it!). But if you need to pop it out of the case? It's actually pretty easy to do, which I appreciate. Lastly, it does a fantastic job of protecting the kindle. I recently (unknowingly) sat on my kindle. For a long time that day (somehow didn't realize it for a long time?). Well, I finally did notice and pulled it out. The kindle was in perfect condition. The case? Barely bent and wasn't hard to get it back to its correct flatness. I can't say enough good things about this case. It's taken my kindle reading experience to a whole new level.

Durable Quality, Efficient Sleep Mode, and Handy Hand Strap
The Vintage Brown Kindle Oasis case has truly been a game-changer for my reading routine. Over the year I've owned it, the case has not only maintained its excellent quality but also become an indispensable part of my reading experience. The sleep mode is efficient, preserving battery life, while the elastic hand strap adds an extra layer of convenience. This strap is not only extremely practical but also makes it effortless to hang on to my Kindle, allowing for comfortable and secure one-handed reading. It's a testament to the thoughtful design and durability of this case, making it an essential accessory for any avid reader.

Amazing quality
I was skeptical to purchase this because of the price lol, but after receiving it the price is very much justified. It is great quality, and fits my kindle oasis sleekly, and perfectly. I love the hand strap in the back , and the way the back panel is magnetic to the front cover so it’s not flapping around when you are trying to read. The color is cute too :)

Sturdy, functional, and aesthetically pleasing
This case is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also very sturdy and functional. The case itself is made very well. There is a magnet that holds the front over of the case closed as well as secures the front cover to the back cover when you are using the kindle. The case also features a stand to prop up your kindle but my favorite feature is the holding strap. Due to the Oasis adjusting the orientation based on how you hold it, the strap functions as both a left and right handed strap. I highly recommend this case for your Kindle Oasis.

Finally found a (near) perfect Oasis case
Look, I'll just come out and say it: I hate PU leather. I don't particularly like how it looks and I despise how it feels. Every time I pick up this case, I'm a little unhappy with the way it feels. But I don't care, because aside from that single quibble this is the perfect Oasis case. I've gone through about four cases for this device at this point (probably spent almost as much on cases as I did on the Oasis itself...), most of them from CaseBot or Fintie (same company). I first ordered an origami-style Fintie case and a simple flip cover CaseBot case. The origami case was quite useful for my primary need of being able to devour books alongside my lunch, and I really liked the fabric texture. However, within short order the edges began to fray (they were lined with a little rubber-like substance, and it peeled off almost immediately). I tried the simple CaseBot case, and fell in love. It was slightly padded on the front, used fabric for the material so it felt great, and just was generally a joy to hold.It also frayed edges like crazy. Eventually, I reluctantly started looking for alternatives and ordered this case and a simple "slimshell" case like the CaseBot one I'd so loved in hopes that CaseBot and Fintie had improved their manufacturing methods. And boy have they ever! I tried this case out first because I was curious about how well the stand would work, and the slimshell case is still in its plastic wrap, probably never to be used. This case has it all: the edges will not fray because they're wrapped around and stitched down (no rubber edging!). The kickstand works perfectly, and doesn't open on its own; after owning this for about four months now I still have to use a bit of force to get the kickstand open, which is good because it means that it will likely stay well-attached for a long time. I thought the elastic down the side was a total gimmick, but find myself using it even more often than the kickstand to read one-handed with far more comfort than ever before. The case adds a little bulk to the device, but not much more than the slimshell case I had before and although I'm not the sort to drop my devices, I feel very confident that the plastic that wraps around the back and sides of the Oasis would keep it nicely protected. As I mentioned I don't like much how the PU leather feels, but I never notice when I'm reading; it only ever really comes to mind when I pick it up (and because my case is textured instead of smooth, I do like it better than most other PU leather products I've used in the past). I have the turquoise case, and the strip of brown fabric down the side is super soft and nice; I kind of wish the whole case were covered in that stuff!I highly recommend this case, particularly for anyone who both likes to read one-handed and with the case propped up on a table. I've owned Kindles since the first or second generation, and this is hands-down the best case I've ever bought for any of them (even better in many ways than the Tuff-Luv cases that I used to love!).

Works well but it is pretty expensive for a small cover.
I really liked a couple of key features. One feature is the way it stands up for hands-free reading when seated at a desk or table, or even when using a lap desk. The other one is the elastic strap that allows for one-handed reading without fatigue or dropping my Oasis if I drift off to sleep while reading.I don't yet know if it will turn out to be sturdy, it seems so by look and feel but only time will tell how well it holds up.Trickier still is assessing the cost versus the utility. As a ratio of the cost of the cover to the cost of the device on its own, the cover does seem disproportionately priced in terms of the cost. If the cover lasts a long time, then I won't mind but I'd hesitate to buy it again if it falls apart too soon.
