Is there an app to control the volume?

If you are using your phone, and Pandora, Iheart, etc, you can control the volume with your phone. There is also a manual volume control on the amp so easy to control volume remotely.

Can i control tv volume woth remote if this amplifier is connected to bookshelf speaker?

Yes you can as long as you use the wired audio-out from your tv as the input to the Bluetooth unit. Just set the volume on the BT unit to a good volume, then use your tv remote to regulate it like you would from a mobile phone.

How do turn the blue led light off.? it is blindingly bright at night! or just disconnect it completely?

I don't think that light can be turned off.
