🔌 Power your imagination without limits!
The Snap Circuits Battery Eliminator is a revolutionary power source designed to replace traditional batteries in Snap Circuits projects. It provides three different voltage outputs (3.0, 5.0, and 6.0 volts) and is specifically designed for 110-120V electrical outlets. This product not only enhances the educational experience but also boasts multiple awards for its innovative design and effectiveness in promoting STEM learning.

No more batteries to buy.
The package was delivered in perfect condition within 2 business days of placing the order. The Snap Circuits battery eliminator takes the place of the Elenco (Snap Circuits) B2 or B3 battery holders as well as kits that use 9 volts (radio) or 5 volts (TTL digital circuits). It is used primarily to allow the user/child/student to run experiments and projects from any Snap Circuits Experiments kit for an extended period of time without killing any batteries. The radio circuits and Arcade project kits come to mind. It comes packaged with a sheet of color-coded instructions that detail exactly how to connect up the little power snap unit in place of the battery holders or batteries. As the voltages on the unit can exceed the voltage of the commonly-used B2 battery holder (3 volts) this is important to avoid ruining some of the components, primarily the low voltage incandescent lights or LEDs. As such, this unit should only be used by a child/youth/adult with at least some respect for the product. It won’t hurt them, but it can get expensive if they burn out some of the kit parts. I am happy to have the product and plan to buy more for my grandchildren.

Best Accessory for Snap Circuits
Never search for batteries to power your Snap Circuit build again!. My son especially likes to launch the propeller into the air, low batteries do not provide enough power. This accessory does for all his launches. Highly recommend.

Holds lots of juice, recharges fast!
I have been amazed at how many recharges this can do to my phone before the unit needs recharging itself, like 3 or 4. I usually end up recharging this unit befor eit is down completely just to always be ready for a problem. Also it charges my phone very fast, maybe faster than any other charger I have. I am completely satisfied which I seldom am.

Goodbye, batteries!...almost...
We bought this battery eliminator to use with our various Snap Circuits sets. We have the Junior SC-100, UC-30 (upgrades the SC-100 to SC-300) and the Skill Builder set. Upon reading reviews, I read the instructions with my 9-year-old and showed him that we could only use certain snaps on the eliminator to avoid damaging our snap circuits components. We decided to put small stickers on the snaps we wouldn’t be using routinely. We then completed 4 different circuits in our skill builder set. We didn’t have any issues with the first 3 challenges, but on the fourth one, the circuit required that the motor (M1) be attached directly (perpendicularly) to the power source. Unfortunately, the plastic around the motor snap prevents it from fitting directly onto the snap on the eliminator. While this isn’t a dealbreaker, it certainly prevented us from using the eliminator in this project. I will update if we have trouble with other challenges.

Saves $$$$$$$
Works flawlessly in transforming power from 120V down to safe voltage for all projects and saves on replacing batteries.

Saves batteries
Snap circuits can go through batteries if you use them to the extent my son does. He purchased this with his own money and it has been saving the battery usage. If your child is into Snap Circuit this is a good part to invest in (not a lot of $).
