Extremely satisfied with quality and performance of Diamond Cup
At first I was skeptical about dropping $89 for compression jock shorts with a nut cup. After reading reviews and listening to Joe Rogan praise them on his podcasts, I was more than ready to give them a shot. First impression was the packaging was prestige, already a good start for a product of this value. They are extremely comfortable and never feel too tight or loose. I train Muay Thai 3 times a week for about 3 hours each time and I use the same pair, so that means machine washed 3 times a week. I've had this pair for 2 months now and they are still in new condition, the material is not fraying anywhere, nor is the color fading, nor is the fit loosening. I've been kicked and punched plenty in the groin area since my purchase of this, and it's the same reaction every time, partners stops, spits out mouth guard and with a deer in the headlights look says "dude, I'm sorry! are u ok?", and I laugh and show the top lining of my compression shorts and mumble "diamond cup!" In a nutshell(pun intended), if you take your training serious, hands down invest in these. Definitely worth the money for the high quality craftsmanship and protection you will find in both the compression jock shorts and Diamond cup. Unlike other brands with just a cup pocket that will have your cup sliding all over the place during training, this one has the jock strap sewn into the seams to actually keep the family jewels in place and safe from harm. I'm serious, if you ever been kicked, kneed, low blowed during training, you know how much it sucks. This prevents that pain from ever happening to you again with the exchange of high mobility due to the cup being extremely secure in place. The Diamond Cup is definitely the highest quality material out there and you will for sure be getting your money's worth.

Fantastic customer service. Excellent product!
I've tried several different protectors and this is easily my favorite. Amazon sent me a *used* set. Yes. Used. Pubic hair included. It was in a 'Ready to Ship' poly bag. It was overnighted by Lone Star, who left it on the side of the road near my mailbox in the tick infested grass where all the traffic driving by could see a package, instead of at our house like _every_ other delivery company. Lucky it wasn't stolen. So, Amazon: FAIL. Lone Star: FAIL. Note this was Amazon fulfillment's fault, NOT the seller. The seller, and owner of the company, Craig, came to my rescue. He promptly shipped out a *new* pair directly to me. It still came in a poly bag, but a normal packaging bag with a UPC label indicated what was supposed to be in it, instead of a shipping bag. The cup was also wrapped in it's own plastic, and there was a product tag in the bag for Diamond. Seller: WIN! Fast service and made things right. On to the product. I was worried about all the straps being an issue. It has a lot of straps - two inside and two outside. It isn't really difficult at all to figure out how to wear, and I was pleased with how comfortable it was. The straps were not irritating like my other (Walmart) jock strap. The compression shorts are very comfortable. I've been wearing relaxed fit size 38 pants for several years, and after starting krav maga a few months ago I've been losing inches (not weight). I haven't tested yet to see if I fit in my old 36's, but I wouldn't be surprised with all the slack my 38's have had and the tightened notches on my belt. Anyway, the XL set fits well without me worrying about ripping out the shorts. Not a lot of compression, but they are at least skin tight for me. This is _WAY_ better than the shorts/cup combo I picked up at a local sports store. Those shorts were too tight and the cup was a joke. I don't know how anyone can fit their giblets inside those skinny banana things... The cup that comes with the Diamond MMA is a good shape and reasonable size and comfortable inside the pocket of the shorts. I dock a star from the product because there is only once size cup (adult large), and it takes some arranging to attempt to pack everything in there. It also doesn't allow any airflow. Is it worth $90? I'm on the fence still. I'll keep the excellent shorts, and the cup is good enough for now, though I may still find myself shopping around for a bigger one. The excellent customer service certainly helps make it worth it. **UPDATE** I've been in krav maga for nearly 3 years now, 3 classes a week. Down to size 34 waist, and the XL still fits OK. I've been swapping between 2 sets of these shorts over the last 2 1/2 years, and it's finally time to replace the compression shorts as the rubber straps are getting too damaged from washing. I wash them with the cup still in place. Happily they sell the shorts alone for a bit less. It is absolutely worth the money. I don't plan to ever buy a different brand. These have solidly protected me against random crotch shots over the years quite well. I do not wear them for extended running (we had to run a timed mile in a recent test) to prevent chafing.

The best youth J strap for baseball!
I don't know what these other companies think when making j straps for youth baseball players, but they are off. If you have watched little boys play baseball, you know they are always messing with their cups the entire game. When my son would catch, his cup would constantly slip down, leaving it all exposed. We had bought many different brands and styles, and they all failed horribly. We eventually just took it up as this was just how it was until he was older. I probably would have never spent this much money on something that would only fit my son for a season, but after taking a pitch straight to his jewels, I didn't care what it cost. These j strap boxers are worth every penny. We just bought our 2nd pair and will continue to do so each season. My son loves how comfortable they are. The cup is ideal for his size, and it stays perfectly in place.

Excellent Protective Compression Shorts
These compression shorts with built in cup holder and jock straps are the absolute best ! I have several of these and they are wonderful. They really keep your private parts protected extremely well since the straps hold the cup firmly in place yet have the flexibility of movement when you are playing sports that do not restrict you at all while keeping you protected. The fit per the size chart is accurate and the quality of the material is excellent. I use mine frequently and the last ones I had were at least 5-6 years old with the only wear on the straps. I highly recommend these.

Definitely Worth It
My 16-yr old son is 5'7 and 230 pounds. He has been in Karate for over 9 years. One thing that he always had problems with were the way the compression shorts /jock straps fit. I was hesitant at first to fork over the $$$ for these, but I am so glad I did. These are worth every penny. He said these are the most comfortable shorts he has ever had. The only downside is that the cup.... which is nice, it's just not a good fit for him. But we have tons of other cups, and he was able to find one that he likes to use instead.

Great protection, best cup I've tried
Great protection for krav maga! Diamond's big advantage is the quad strap system that holds the cup in place with no shifting, period. It provides AMAZING protection compared to others! I would have given it a 5, but sizing is off, the waist drawstring is cheap, and the cup gets hot compared to others. I'll deal with the heat for the protection it provides. Come on diamond, I have more heavy duty drawstrings in casual shorts! The cup does seams a bit smaller/confined than others or it could be just the position and how tightly it is held against the body. But the tight confines of the cup doesn't compromise its protection which is top notch! I'm 6' and range from 235 to 240 pounds with big thighs and typically wear a size 38" waist athletic jean and 40" to sometimes 42" dress pants. According to diamonds sizing chart a large goes to 38". Originally ordered an XL and the straps were too tight around my thighs and the inseam of the shorts too short and very uncomfortable. Went up to a XXL and the quad straps fit great, but the compression short is very loose. You can't rely on the drawstring because its to thin and hard to tie tightly, that's my biggest gripe. "No Groin, No Krav Maga". You'll be protected even from your angry wife!

Best cup available
Couldn’t recommend more for contact/impact sports and is well worth the money. Blocked a slap shot in a hockey game and was able to continue playing after just a minute on the bench. You don’t notice you’re wearing it until you’re glad you were. I don’t think I would’ve been as lucky with another brand cup. Was using cup in another brand’s hockey compression pants. Diamond mma has since come out with its own hockey compression shorts and pants that are made to hold up hockey socks as well that I have not tried yet. The cup is likely most effective in the diamond mma brand shorts/pants to prevent shifting, but if another brand’s jock/compression is preferred this is still the best cup you can use for both adult and youth sports(hockey, baseball, football, etc)

Don't hesitate. You'll like it
I have 3 compression short cups. One is crap as it's loose and i stand a good chance of crushing my bollocks between the edge of the cup. The other is very good. I thought couldn't be much better. This one is however! Super secure, tight fit and it protects. I do Krav Maga so we kick each other in the groin as a frequent deliberate act. This cup is great as it doesn't hurt (much).
