Childs Farm Grapefruit & Tea Tree Moisturiser 250ml

I have had eczema since childhood (now in my 50's) and have never really found any medicine or OTC product that helps. My hands, in particular, are very susceptible to peeling skin, cuts from the dryness, and itchiness. I read the reviews and decided to try it. I am very pleased to report that the night I tried the lotion, my fingertips were scaling and had cuts on them just due to the dried out skin. I didn't have fingerprints! Overnight I felt my skin softer, my scaling reduced, and cuts healing. I've been on steroids for my eczema and had not had the overnight result that I saw with Childs Farm. Two days of use and I can see fingerprints again! Very pleased and will continue to buy!

Everyone's eczema and skin is a little different, so you're bound to have different results! But - as many eczema sufferers know - you've just got to try it. Oh boy, if I had the time to explain how many different eczema products did not work on my skin at all.. This lotion did not reduce my itching, nor has it helped clear up or resolve my eczema, but here's what it does for me: (1) it reduces redness; (2) it makes my skin more comfortable (no more hard, cracked skin); (3) it soaks in easily, so I do not have to wait for it to dry before doing things with my hands. I'm considering this a winner in my book, even if it isn't a miracle cure. Give it a try; it might work for you!

First off, the package came from UK in 4 days and not the two weeks Amazon says it will take. It works way better than any cream or lotion. No greasy feeling. Spray it on and let air dry, then use moisturizer if you use at all. May not need it to use moisturizer . Lessens the redness of eczema too. Still recommend product even though it smells like bleach. That goes away when it dries.

I've only been using this for 4 days. I bought it over two months ago and waited impatiently for it to come. I would suggest a different shipping method. I've never waited so long for a package. So far this lotion is really great. It is VERY moisturizing. I have hand eczema and NOTHING is moisturizing. My hands are considerably softer. At this point I have hope it will significantly improve my condition. I do think eczema is mostly internal so I'm not sure how far the lotion will take me. I LOVE the smell. Idk why some are so negative about that. Citrus smells are the best. I'll change my review if things get better or worse.

I’ve tried sooooo many things under the sun for my daughter’s eczema and morning worked. I started googling and came across a video on YouTube about a mom from the U.K. who was at her wits end and decided to buy this for her kid and it worked wonders. I thought why not? I have nothing to lose. When I tell you guys in 1 day it was significantly better. She had scratched her skin raw from the itching on top of the drying red patches that were already there. I applied 3 times a day. By the 3, her skin was COMPLETELY heeled. Scars were gone and her skin wasn’t dry anymore. She immediately tipped scratching. Everyone is different so this product probably won’t work for some..but IT’S WORTH A TRy!! I promise

Strong but nice scent. Didn’t solve our eczema/rash/dryness as some have advertised. Just a nice lotion.

I’m trying to really love this... I have severe eczema and after reviewing others comments as well as having a friend recommend it that comes from the UK, I decided to give it a try. It is soothing, meaning it doesn’t burn my face like even unscented lotions I use do, but it’s not keeping my eczema at bay. I have recently purchased the baby lotion hoping maybe I just bought the wrong one. Once I get that will certainly leave another review. But it may not be here until January. I do still like it, and only use it everyday several times a day in my face and other affected areas, as it legit does not feel like it’s gonna burn my face off, but I was hoping to see a difference in my eczema possibly disappearing? Wishful thinking perhaps. Hopeful the baby one will work better.

So we buy this product to moisturize UNDERNEATH another moisturizer. It is very wet, thus as a moisturizer it fades almost immediately. For a child, this is ideal. For chapped skin or eczema, you will need something more. I do wonder if there isn't a benefit to long term use as the ingredients are rigorously natural and the trace elements from grapefruit and tea tree might have a beneficial effect over time. The smell cannot be beat. An instant pick me up. Pure aromatherapy. Though expensive, we've purchased on repeat to have some always on hand (pun not intended).

Works well on my skin. It was about 70% effective which is more than most topical meds.

También tengo eccema en el pie, después de una infección de la piel y la crema ha detenido el eccema.

Wir probieren immer wieder neue Cremes, Salben, Lotionen für unsere Kinder, die alle als Kleinkinder Neurodermitis hatten und immer noch zu trockener Haut und Ekzemen neigen. Diese Lotion lässt sich gut verteilen, zieht allerdings nicht schnell ein, aber fühlt sich angenehm auf der Haut an(auch an Mamas Haut ausprobiert)... Die Haut fühlt sich auch länger angenehm an, beruhigt juckende Stellen....so, das waren die positiven Eigenschaften! Aber unter der Angabe "Grapefruit und Teatree Oil" hatte ich mir einen dezenten, natürlichen Duft vorgestellt. Es riecht im ersten Moment stark nach Klostein, ein unangenehmer künstlicher Geruch. Das Gute ist zwar, dass dieser Geruch nach ein paar Stunden wieder verschwindet. Ich weiss nicht ob ich die ganze Flasche Lotion aufbrauchen kann, wegen des "Dufts"....schade. Nächsten mal lieber eine Lotion ohne Duftstoffe.

Absolutely fantastic, just buy it. Our 4 year old has eczema since he was tiny, every other day we had to use steroid cream until we found this product. Steroid cream has not been out the cupboard for over a week, love it! Update 08/06: Been using this cream for a few months now on my son daily(started off twice a day) Still works fantastic, steroid cream still in cupboard!! If your stilling thinking about buying it, stop thinking and just order it. Update: 26/08. Went on hols for a week and forgot to take it... within a few day my son started getting a few Red patches around his elbows. Nothing to bad but soon as we got back we started using this and within a few day all gone again. Superises me every time! Update: 05/01/2018 We have had this a while now and continue to use it daily on our some and it still works very very well. A must buy, what a great product! Update: 01 March 2018 Still being used and still works great, with the cold snow weather my son eczema flared up again.. started using this and 3 days later all gone!! Still a surprise every time. 30 May 2018.. Still going strong and we all now use in the house.. this is also available to purchase in boots and Waitrose. Sometimes cheaper than the crazy 3rd party sellers on here wanting £8 a bottle. Normal price is £2.99. Dec 2018 - we still are using this daily on our son and it work fab, especially in the winter month when the air is dry due to heating systems being on. Still give it 5*!! Nov 2019 - Another year on and we continue to use!! Just try it out what you got to lose!? Jan 2020 - son had another round of eczema, applied this again and all gone.
