How does this compare to Microcyn?

I've never used Microcyn, but the Skintegrity helped heal my difficult to close surgical wound.

Does not sting in long term wound healing care for my spouse

can this be used for first and second degree burn, open burn wounds?

If you have not go to the ED or your PCP. Second degree burns you can use bactine ointment open burns should be treated by a medical professional and they’ll tell you wants best.
