Stretches your boots.
Seems to do the job. Item that arrived specifically says women's only, which was a little strange since they're clearly listed as "mens/womens" on amazon. But they fit in men's boots, and they do stretch properly. The only thing I hadn't accounted for was that, since there's no heel-pressure area, they can easily slide out of the toe section as soon as you start applying stretch to them. It helps to grab the outside of the boot just behind the back of the stretcher and sort of hold it in place while you tighten them. They'll still pop out a little, but it doesn't seem to be a major issue - just something to be aware of.The little black bumps are somewhat difficult to position properly because of this. They do help add width to the stretch, but I can't say they make much difference as I don't have corns or whatever. They do make some slightly disturbing cracking noises occasionally when tightening. Time will tell if they'll hold up or not.

Works on western/cowgirl boots, too!
The description for the MARZ boot stretcher says that it is for ladies high heel boots. I queried the supplier and was assured that it would work just fine in ladies western/cowgirl boots as well. Long story short, the supplier was absolutely right! Have used this now on two pair of my wife's size 6B western boots, and it did the job perfectly (though it was a bit of a struggle inserting them into one pair of boots). Previously, I had tried other stretchers made in China, but they turned out to be pure junk. Maybe it's the plastic body, or a better manufacturing process, but, what ever the reason, this works smoothly without issue. It even works better than the expensive wooden stretcher I use on my cowboy boots.

It is a ONE way stretcher, which I could tell from pic, but description should be accurate. I was very satisfied for first couple weeks on shoes till it just quit working, literally 3 days after return period closed. Something stripped out and the handle no longer opens it:( It is also not large enough to effectively stretch a pair of women's size 10.5 cowboy boots.

Worked for my hockey skates!
Bought this to stretch out the forefoot of the boots of my hockey skates because they were almost too painful to skate in. After stretching for just over 48 hours, my foot fit much better inside. I will note that I did use the black bump attachments with it as well to help pinpoint exactly what part of the boot I needed stretched out. The only downside that I'm finding so far is that the more pressure I increase on the stretcher, one side slides up the side of the boot a little bit so it's not stretching exactly where I need it on one side. However I might be able to solve that by adding a pad on top of the stretcher, and/or lacing the boot up before stretching again. It's a very stiff hockey boot, so the process is taking a while to get it fitting just right so my feet still hurt a little bit after a game, but like I sad, I've already noticed a huge difference, and it is working! I would definitely recommend this to anyone else who feels that their skates are a little too narrow.

My feet are happy!
Works great! I was skeptical at first but thought I'd give it a try rather than take my new boots back. I kept the stretcher in each boot for 3 days just to be sure it stretched out enough (the directions said 1-2 days) So it took 6 days since their is only one stretcher. I was so pleased that I didn't have to take my boots off once at work and my feet didn't feel like they were being crushed inside my boots anymore. It worked better than I thought it would and very happy that I purchased it.

It works!
This worked like a charm for one of my ankle booties! I have tailors bunions and one of them were feeling irritated by my boot. By using this shoe stretcher with the little knob at the pinky toe joint area, I was able to successfully stretch the width of the toe box and add an extra comfort space where my tailor bunion is. It works!

Missing pieces
It stretches shoes great - I’m happy with that. It’ll be great for my cowboy boots too. Unfortunately, it didn’t come with all of the parts. It was missing the heel section and the black wheel, so i cannot stretch the length. Thankfully I don’t really need to, but I feel as though the toe section isn’t hitting the very front of the boot as it would if the heel part came with the stretcher. It bothers me when all of the parts don’t come with everything it’s supposed to.

Did not receive all pieces, only 1 stretcher, works great so far
I didn't know this only came with one, and I didn't receive the pads (buttons for stretcher), however it works for my cowboy boots so now just have to do one boot at a time. The bar is strong metal one piece & connects to plastic stretcher. I like that it can actually go pretty close to the toes even though they are a little more pointy.
