The Real Deal
Every good thing they’re saying about these suspenders is true. They’re durable, the clasps are all metal. Good for workwear. They never fall off or come unclasped. They look OK when you wear them and the price is right. If you’re looking for the real deal in suspenders, this is what you want to order.

Really comfy, elastic and tight enough
The suspenders are quite useful for tool bags they are comfortable and stretch a bit but not too much unlike others that will stretch like three feet when u unbuckle your bags, overall a good product for a good price definitely recommend these

Sturdy. Good for heavy work.
Some people wear suspenders proudly, while others won't even consider them. I was in the latter group, but once I tried suspenders (for comfort while recuperating from surgery), I quickly became a convert. I had thought that constantly tugging on your jeans was just one of life's fundamental principles. It's not. And if you don't like the look, they work fine under your shirt.Anyway, I bought 3 different kinds: Dickies, HoldUp Suspender Company, and Carhartt heavy duty.DICKIES: The Dickies are my favorite. PROs: they are inexpensive and the material is lighter, stretchier, and more comfortable. I am less aware of wearing them. They are my go-to for everyday, informal use. CONs: None. The HoldUps. These are the TSA compliant version. (Buy two, so you have a spare in case one breaks while traveling.) PROs: They make air-travel much less of a hassle. These are also a little nicer and would be more appropriate for a suit, although they would certainly work with jeans. They have a wide range of materials, colors, and hardware. CONs: The material is thicker and more rubberized, so you are more aware of wearing them and they are a little hotter in summer. Also the length adjustments are plastic and seem prone to slip, but not a big deal, and a worthwhile tradeoff to avoid TSA hassles. Expensive vs. the Dickies. The Carhartt's. These are for heavy-duty work environments. PROs: Oversize, high-quality hardware means they will almost always stay attached and that they will hold up heavy loads--think heavy waterproof pants for for fire-fighters, etc. (Still, they work perfectly fine with jeans.) CONs: They are heavy, 2" wide, and you are always conscious of wearing them. Expensive vs. the Dickies.(Same review posted for Dickies, HoldUp, and Carhartt.)

Sick of pulling up your pants at work ?
These are great. They are easy to put on and easy to adjust on the fly.. when I have to clip my little tool pouch to my pants, I just sent the easy use adjuster on the front up a little higher, and it takes the extra weight.Easy to clean, easy to use, excellent, high, visibility, and reflectiveness

No more plumbers crack
My 2nd pair now. The first pair worked great for maybe 18 months of mostly daily work wear. The last 6 months the clasps seemed to loose their grip at random times and the adjusting buckle started to need to go higher and higher every week and get uncomfortable when the ride on your collar bone.I work as a machinist and machinery repairman and not a day goes by I'm not covered in some industrial gunk. They clean up nice with some tide in the laundry. Don't put them in a dryer. They drip dry over night.Super comfortable. Long lasting. Very rugged. With every penny to not hear jokes about using the ATM anymore

2 Months & Going Strong
I purchased several different brands of suspenders and all of them fell apart within the first week or two. These Carhartt suspenders have been going strong for 2 months and they are no worse for wear. I'm very pleased with their durability.I've been wearing them about 60 hours a week at work.

Good for Work but can't wear in the house
Really very nice set of suspenders; best I have ever had. Nice and wide. Really durable hardware. Only problem is that the clasps are so heavy duty that they project sharpish edges and will scratch Mommas furniture if you wear them in the house. They will tear a hole in your Easy Boy (ask me how I know). Wear in the shop or on the job--no problem.

Good product
While one of the more costly choices for suspenders thes Carhartt ones are great. I have worn them daily and find the clasps very secure even holding when rubbed against things. The elastic is very strong and has proper elasticity. The connecting leather is good quality. Lots of adjustment and I am a 3xl 300+lb guy.Just buy these and thank yourself later.

Dependability with comfort
These Carhartt suspenders do exactly what I needed them for with comfort. I can depend on the clips to hold them in place exactly where I put them. No worries about the clips coming undone either. The wide straps don’t cut into my skin and have good stretch. Very durable, comfortable, dependable suspenders for everyday use.
