Best Omega 3 I have found. There is no fish taste or smell. No burping it later, either. Great value for the money. Great for so many things; like energy, hair, skin and nails. They are easy to swallow.

Doesn’t smell or taste fishy

I had struck out with some prior fish oil supplement orders so I tried this type by Basic Brands. I was pretty impressed with these. Basic Brands produces its products in the US with globally sourced ingredients. There is even QR code that you can use with an app to get more details. The capsules are not that large for fish oil and appear to contain the proper quantity of the supplement. At this size you only need to take one per day, but you can take up to three. I am happy to report that I had no fish-tasting burps or indigestion at all, which is my #1 complaint with most supplements. This one is true to advertising on that. As for cons, the capsules have a gelatin shell that is not polished, so they don't always swallow easily. The pills are not odorless as advertised. It is not a fish odor, but they do smell badly a little. The pills do contain sorbitol and refined soybean oil if you have a sensitivity to any of those. All in all, I would recommend this supplement.

No after taste and it works

I've been taking fish oil for years and it has most definitely provided many health benefits for me. Heart, Brain, Digestive and Anti-inflammatory benefits just to name a few. That said, I am not a doctor nor a medical expert and do not feel qualified to recommend or not recommend this product to others. So I will say this from my own experience. The positives are that it is healthy for you unless you have certain ailments like heart disease, AFib, etc. and should not be taken by those taking blood thinners and other certain medications. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR FIRST - ALWAYS! Not yelling - just emphasizing how important it is for folks to check before taking any type of supplement. Capsules are better than liquids if you don't like the fish taste! I'm weird I guess because I do! However, I did notice that the types of fish oil in this product do not include some of the more healthy types of fish oil such as salmon or cod. I also noticed that it contains soybean oil which can be detrimental to those with any allergies towards soy products. Although not as pure as salmon or cod oils, it is still in my opinion a healthy product to take aside from the aforementioned concerns, and this product is certainly cost competitive.

I bought these when I was pregnant and could not stand any fish smell. This really has absolutely zero smell or taste!
