When I first got my unit I wasn't ready for the learning curve, because I'm an old.But, I took some time, tried things several times and got the hang of it. I'm sure that people younger than I, with the digital lifestyle built into their genes, will have it up and running in minutes, if not seconds.I especially like the fact that it takes the micro SD cards, as well as playing music from Bluetooth devices. I can have several SD cards with different playlists on them, and choose what I want to wake up with.The white light is dim-able, so I can use it for a night light if I need to get up in the middle of the night, or tap the touch control tight on top for increasingly brighter light settings. The color light shifts through the colors of the spectrum or stops on a preferred color with just a tap, which is perfect for watching TV with the room lights down or off altogether.The speaker gives good performance for what it is. It can provide music for out on the deck, or in the house. It doesn't have the window shaking bass response, but that's not what it's for. I can walk around my house, leaving the speaker on in the backyard, and it never loses the Bluetooth signal from my phone.Now that I've gotten to know how to use it properly, I'd recommend it to anyone/everyone I know.

This is a great little gadget except for two things I have encountered: first, the clock shuts off after a minute or two if there's no other activity. If you wake up in the middle of the night wanting to know what time it is, you have to turn the speaker switch off and then on to restart the clock. Second, when it's being charged the light cycles through its four stages and cannot be turned off. Therefore you really can't leave it plugged in to the charger all the time. I like the bluetooth feature and the alarm is quite gentle, but based on my experience I cancelled an order for a second unit.

I love how there are 2 different light options. And the white light has different brightness levels. The problem I have is the clock seems to be on 24hr time and I cannot change it. That means if I want to make sure my alarm goes off I have to reset the time every other night. :/ I read thru the directions a few times to see if I could change it. Can't figure it out. The other problem is the clock screen automatically goes off after a while. Some people might want it on all the time. I like being able to turn the light on and off with a touch. And the speakers sounds pretty good.

Nice little speaker, buttons are on the small side and I haven't figured out how to turn the volume up and down while I have my Bluetooth connected to it for my music so that is one downfall I have to use my phone to turn the volume up and down. Also I was slightly disappointed to see it only came with a charging cable but not the charging port so I have to make a special trip to the store just to buy the adapter in order to charge it or plug it into the wall.

I purchased this for my 13 year old niece. She told me that she loves the speaker and although she didn't ask for a BT speaker she was very happy that I purchased it for her. She uses every feature of the speaker daily and has not had any issues using it at home, outdoors or poolside. Since my niece is happy, I am happy.

This little bluetooth speaker produces good sound and has awesome colors. The dimmer switch is a nice feature, too. It's replaced my old brick bluetooth speaker thanks to its cool lamp feature.

This LED Bluetooth light lamp and speaker is a practical, hybrid creation of two daily use technologies turned one convenient gadget. The speaker sounds great and the LED's come with dimmable warm white modes. It also has this particular color changing mode to provide a romantic atmosphere. I was surprised by how long it can last while listening to music. I think it is more energy efficient than the usual Bluetooth speakers.

I bought this for my daughter for a Christmas gift it has never worked for more than just a night light. the clock is only in 24hour format cannot get it to change to standard time. I emailed the company No response I do not recommend this product
