Smells amazing, helps to relax
I'm allergic to a lot of smells, but this is amazing. Helps to relax

Good product. Not sure if it "works" though.
Seems decent. It definitely calms, but it leans stronger on the camomile. If you need to focus on something like a scent to get your mind off things, I'd say this works. But I have no clue if it makes me any drowsy. Perhaps I am not using enough? But I am scared to use more than 2 sprays... I can't find any recommended dosage or the amount of "melatonin" that's in it... That's worrying. I wonder why it is not regulated at least enough to mention that. It could be possible I am not using enough. Otherwise, this product seems like there's nothing special about it. The scent fades quick, but never fully disappears until much later. It doesn't seem to leave any marks on fabric but I only started using it. Overall, I have no clue if it is supposed to aid very well in sleeping. It works for me by letting me fall asleep sooner, but any nice scent will work for that. I think I am happy with my purchase, but I expected stuff like drowsiness or sleeping +6 hours straight without waking up multiple times. Alas, it didn't help in those regards, but that just might be because I use too little.

I had horrible sleep issues, getting to sleep itself and staying asleep. A friend gave me this in the summer for my birthday and ever since it’s a nightly staple. Great at calming and relaxing me so I can get to sleep easier, and noticed sleep quality improvement. Now I have back ups in my drawer as I never want to be without!

I love this stuff I bought two bottles and use them every night. It really smells great and relaxing, and will make you sleepy. The bottle quality is great as well and there is a good amount of product in it. If you want to add a little relaxation to your night to help with sleep then I would buy! I also love using it with the melatonin lotion they have!

Visiting family before the holidays and we were having a good time. It was getting a little late when my sister-in-law started spraying the room. It turned out to be this lavender spray. We all laughed hysterically as if it was her way of making people tired so they would get out of her house! She swore up & down it was to help get the kids to calm down and ready for bed. She said she uses it every night now and sees a difference. I bought some right on the spot! I'm always looking for ways to help relax and destress so I can sleep. It's great! It even seems to help get the dogs calmed down before bedtime. So now I spray it around their kennels before I leave for work. A little does go a long way. The first bottle is going into it's second month. (In an apartment.) This has been added to my essentials list!
