Nice sturdy,great price for product. Easy to assemble.

So far this bench has been really durable! I use it mainly for bench press, kneel on it for bent rows, and also have used it for Bulgarian split squats. It has always felt really stable and strong and doesn't tip during my split squats. This bench is really light and easy to move around too. This bench doesn't fold up or incline which was written in the description but thought I'd include that information in my review. If doing a hip thrust where you lean your back against the bench is something you want to do I'd suggest placing this bench against a wall where it can't slide backwards. Since I haven't tried that exercise I can't say if this bench is good for that or not exactly. I host group workouts in my garage 2x a week and this bench has gotten a ton of use over the past 2.5 months and has not worn out or broke or felt unsafe in any capacity.

Perfect for a starter bench for at home workouts. Easy to build, except one of the holes wasn’t hollowed out completely enough to fit the screw in so it was super wobbly. Had to really shove it in and took me a while, but after it was sturdy and has done its job.

You can use this bench for many applications but I purchased this for dumbbell rows/dumbbell bench press. The length is about 43 inches is why I purchased it. Most benches around this price range seem to be about 39 inches, the few extra inches help because I am tall. If you are unsure yourself, lay on the ground, plant your feet on the ground and have someone measure from top of head to the bottom of back. Most will be able to fit on this bench, on the 39 inch ones the top of my head almost is off of the bench due to height. I am mainly speaking about bench press here, laying all the way flat,etc. This is a cheap home bench, please do not expect a gym quality bench like others are. This is inexpensive and perfect. If you want a heavier/quality bench, please purchase something more expensive and stop leaving negative reviews on an item like this. Some people cannot afford expensive gym equipment and bad/incorrect reviews, a lot of time make people spend more, when they did not need to. Thanks!

For the price you can’t beat it. Basic yes, but does the trick for multiple exercises. Definitely worth the money.

Great little utility flat bench

Budget friendly and gets the job done. The stability is questionable at times but it has never given on a 400lb bench… at least yet. Affordable at least.

Despues de investigar todos los bancos estaba x decidir un multiposiciones pero leí reseñas donde mencionaban que esta incomodo para gente alta y otros mencionaban que al 3 er uso se fisuraba, por eso decidí comprar este banco pues aunque no es multiposicion se ve de mejor estructura y grosor, el precio me parece justo. A mí el banco me encantó, tiene un material bueno, se ve de calidad, el embalaje es muy practico pues viene en 3 piezas por armar muy fácilmente y trae consigo ya una llave junto con sus tornillos. Mí hermano en 15 mins ya lo había armado, él me menciona qué quizá sin exceder peso es lo ideal pues es de una pieza como eje central que da el soporte. Ahora bien, yo soy novata y no llego a cargar ni 50 kgs, para alguien que carga poco o moderado peso creo es ideal, a mí me es perfecto y me gusta. Recomendación total.

Nothing fancy and well built. I didn't want to pay for racing stripes on my sweaty bench. Now I can buy something else because this is very good value and I have leftover money
