womens 1460 Mono Smooth Leather

After buying these I saw a lot of reviews saying these are fake. I almost cancelled my order but decided to see for myself. The box was legit in every way. The shoes are legit. They feel and smell like leather. The inside of the boot is clearly leather. The stitching overlaps only once. They aren’t comfortable at first I wear 10 and a half. I got a size 10 and they’re definitely snug. But after wearing them for only about an hour they feel looser already. I don’t know if everyone got the same ones as I got but these are definitely real. They’re listed at 170 on docs website and the mono color you can’t find at many stores. For 130 these are a steal and they look slick.

I got the monochrome smooth black boots for work. I work in a lab with frozen specimens. I spend quite some time in a walk in freezer and the slip proof sole is invaluable for this. They are pretty tough boots but more comfortable than alot of shoes i've worn. Even a pair of Dr. Scholl's brand shoes didn't compare to these. After walking around for eight hours at work, my feet feel golden. The title said women's boots at amazon but these are pretty much unisex at other places. I usually wear an US 8 1/2 and i tried on a 9 at a store and it was too big so i sized down to a US 8 (UK 7)when i ordered from amazon. The size was dead-on on my foot. I was a little worried at first but they stretched out to a perfect fit over a week of daily wear. Do wear thick socks or put bandages where the boot rubs because it will rub you raw. Do this until they mold to your feel (about a week). The back of the ankle was the worst spot for me so i put fabric bandaids on in those spots before i put the boots on. The ones i received were made in thailand for those who care - I don't!!! They are awesome quality boots. If you polish them with shoe wax they will get really shiny or just clean them and keep them with that "smooth" look.

I don't know what happened to Doc Martins but these boots are awful. They don't even look like the bit pictured and the size that had always fit me doesn't feel right on my foot. I will be returning these. Does anyone know where I can get them in person?

A month into duty use and they are holding up well. I really like the shine and ease of cleaning. The sizing is a bit off. These are 13s and I normally wear a 12. I’d go a size up, especially if you live in a cold climate. There are not waterproof. In ankle deep water, my feet got wet. OK walking in the rain, but water above the fifth lace hole means you’re wet. Not as comfortable as I recall other Docs. I wear think socks and make it 12 hours.

I love this brand ! I’ve now had 2 pairs. The first pair lasted me for about 10 years !! I thought I would get rid of them when the new pair came in, but I haven’t ~ sentimentality and durability !! I wore them hiking ( mountains & national parks ), into wetlands ( swampy areas) for work , and the “ mean” streets of NYC and central park & inside museums . This Vegan leather was/ is very durable. Amazon is the only place I can find my little foot size ( women’s 5&1/2-6) They’re usually a bit stiff when you first get them, but still easy enough to put on. The main reason I got a new pair was due to the older ones now looking too worn to wear other than rustic hiking.

Bellissime come sempre! Uso le doctor Martens da un sacco di tempo. Sono resistenti e comode. Solo un piccolo consiglio a chi lamenta il fatto che siano piccole: le doctor Martens non sono piccole, è che vanno indossate per un po' di tempo prima che prendano la forma del piede. Io consiglio di indossarle per un paio di giorni dentro casa , così abituate il piede e intanto date la forma alla scarpa. Quindi prendete tranquillamente il numero che indossate 😊

Le ho talmente adorate che ho voluto prenderne un paio con la cucitura total black per alternarle.sono strepitose!!! Delle vecchie avevo il 43 e ho preso lo stesso numero sono perfette. Il materiale ottimo arrivate nella scatola originale, in anticipo rispetto al previsto. Come per le altre all inizio sono rigide ma hanno bisogno di tempo... Ma chi conosce le dr martens lo sa già :-) che dire non vedo l ora di iniziare ad indossarle. Bellissime!
