It does affect you digestion somewhat; in my case it caused loose stools for the first week but now my body is used to it and it has helped my mood. May also give slight head aches in the morning, but that may be due to being a night owl and fighting against the natural effect to sleep. Might suggest starting with a lower dose and increasing if necessary. Also taking Vitamin D3+K2/MK-4 supplement.
