I really never know how to review supplements. There's no way I can really tell if they're doing what they're suppose to do....is there?? Then on top of that, I hate reviews that simply tell you what's already in the description.So I'll try to tell you what's not in the description....It's one large capsule a day. It's easy to swallow as it's a capsule and not one of those coated tablets. It does not start to dissolve on your tongue or in the back of your throat.It has not made me burp, upset my stomach, given me diarrhea, constipation, or gas. I've been taking it for a couple weeks now.I'm a vegetarian and am very happy to find a supplement that doesn't contain shellfish.I have DJD and a bone disease called Fibrous Dysplasia. This has not cured either...but didn't expect it to. But it gives me piece of mind that I'm helping my body as much as I can.It hasn't hurt me and gives me peace of mind.

After a couple of weeks I noticed the pain in my shoulders are not as intense. Some days I'm pain free. These seem to work for me. They are easy to swallow, no aftertaste or burping. I usually have issues with that, but not with these. Overall I am satisfied that they work for me.
