A great, natural option for fiber intake
I love this product, but I knew what I was looking for. If you have any issue with fibrous material mixed in drink this isn't for you. It's also not "tasty" as maybe the orange fiber drink or fiber gummies. It's has a mild fruity taste but in a la Croix way. It's not sweetened like a diet coke. I think for how bulky this seems, it actually mixes to be pretty sheer! It's got a lot of great ingredients and I take it almost as a vitamin. I've been using it since june of 2020 and I'll continue to use it.

this stuff works for me, i have been trying to eat healthy, for years, i have used different kinds of fiber, and most of the time, its like you havent taken anything, i have took flax seed fiber before too, but it didnt work, this one has something else in it and i am pretty happy with it, it aslo yas the three omega threes.,
