Apple iPhone 5S, GSM Unlocked, 32GB - Space Gray (Renewed)

So this came today and its nice and shinny with no scratches, dings, or dents.PROBLEM: It won't turn on. I assumed it was just dead and hooked it up to the charger that came with it, which was a factory grade apple charger. I've had it on the charger since 1'o clock it is now 2:40pm and still nothing! Maybe the charger is faulty.I will be buying another charger just to try, but if that doesn't work I will be returning.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is my first amazon order and I might as well have gone to the black market apparently. Upon opening my package, I noticed dust in the box. When I unwrapped the phone, a load of glass dust and shards piled onto my lap and all over my couch. The entire phone is so damaged that the charging port is bent. Even if I could see through the screen to see if the phone still worked, I wouldn't be able to charge it to turn it on for a test. I ordered this phone for work and I now have to wait even longer to get it.

Bought this refurb a little skeptical because I thought the battery would be toast after sitting for a long time... turned out it works just fine. Way better value than buying one new, works the same. Been using for 3 months no problem.

Overall very satisfied. Biggest concern was battery life, so I tested that first. It still had 1250 mAh of capacity (about 80% of factory 1560 mAh) which is acceptable for a used phone. Cosmetically, it looked new and all functions (camera, speaker, microphone, light, buttons, etc) worked perfectly. If all phones they sell fit these standards, you'll get a good deal.

i dont know what does it mean to look like new but i am sure it should not look like that the screen is obviously scratched and there is a wear on the side, i am not sure how can sell something like that with that price, i returned it, hopefully i will get my money back

I bought the phone for my son. The seller sent the phone with power cord and it was packaged nicely. No damage on body or glass surface. Very pleased and would buy again!

The battery was shot when I received this and would not hold a charge. Took it to the Apple store and the man at the genius bar told me that he doubted that the phone was refurbished, said more than likely just re-boxed.

I live in suramerica Venezuela and received the telephone with the malfunction, they would support me in a solution soon to correct the problem from here and not to return the telephone. All other functions work except the Touch ID reader (Touch ID Not Reading Fingerprint)
