Taam Rio 800 RVT (rejuvenating venturi) Powerhead/Pump

This pump was for my protein skimmer on my saltwater Aquarium. I ran my skimmer for 3 years straight without any problems on my last Rio Pump. Good Pump for the money. I would have given 5 stars if the air valve maintenance was less. I would recommend hooking up a long enough air line to this pump and draw RODI water through it while it is running in the sump. This way you don't have to remove it from your sump to clean the salt from the airline. Just a tip.

Its not that loud and makes hole lots of tiny little bubles.At first I didnt know if it had the RV 'till I opened and saw the impeler, has no manual or else.Nice for a small skimmer.
