The black background and the gold hands and numbers are easy to read, even for old guys. The tiny window that displays the date works if you have a magnifying glass. The band is good looking and adjusts to various size wrists, even larger wrists. For the price, if this watch lasts a couple of years I’ll be happy.

I was shopping for a new watch that had a more sleek design to it and saw a lot of similar styles in the $100 range when I came across the listing for this watch for less than $30. I figured for the price it was worth a gamble if it'd be something I'd like to wear or a watch that would break after a single time. I haven't had it long so I'm not sure on longevity but my initial reaction is very satisfied and impressed in the quality. Would recommend to anybody looking for a simple watch that gets the job done without all the extra bells and whistles.

It’s ok. Get what you pay for.

I wanted a watch that was simple and inexpensive so that I didn't need to worry if it became damaged at work. For less than $30, I received a stylish, high quality item that I enjoy wearing antime anywhere. Not only is the product of high quality, but it arrived in such premium packaging that I don't know how they make any money selling it for so little. I highly recommend this item.

Love the look and feel of the watch. It’s sleek, looks great on the wrist, and even has a great adjustable metal strap. There is a huge but… the date doesn’t change at midnight. Tried at first to change for the day before the actual date and see where midnight was, but upon hitting midnight it acted like it wanted to shift, but didn’t. Seems the internal mechanics aren’t quite right. Left it without changing the date, and has stayed the same date since. Not acceptable for a new watch. If you’re in the watch game, if you’re a watch maker, this has to pass QC and shouldn’t fail for many, many years after.

This is an updated review. This is a nice quality watch that looks as good as pictured and at the price is a good value for sure. It is packaged well and ready to easily gift. However, this watch manufacturer is buying their 4-5 star reviews here on amazon as well as on the direct to consumer site. When you receive the watch from there is a business card enclosed in the warranty information giving you step by step instructions to get a free second watch once you post a review on Amazon. Once they verify your review is posted to the Amazon site they send you a free second watch. Additionally a few later you will get an email offering you a free watch, they send you a link to the specific watch they want you to buy on amazon, you buy it, receive it, give it a good review and they will refund your purchase price to you through PayPal. Now I am all for good marketing and sales strategies and the Burei watches I have purchased or received free of of nice quality, solid craftsman ship and their prices are very reasonable, but this process does actually skew the objectivity of the Amazon public review process and is shady. I have purchased many watches and all kinds of other products on Amazon through the years, this is the only seller that has ever offered this to me and I hope the reviews I have read and helped influence my decision on those purchases were legitimate and not bought by the company I am purchasing from.

Looks nice, didn't cost too much.

I like everything about the watch. So far, the time tracks exactly to the Windows, Comcast and AT&T Time Servers. As a plus, it appears that the watch "knew" November was a 30-day month; on 12/1, I discovered that the date indicator had moved forward past "31" of its own accord. Ask me again in March!Fortunately, the stem controls are pretty obvious, 'cuz the "manual" is in really, really, really tiny print (see note above re vision issues). Fortunately also I've had this sort of band before, 'cuz the photos re adjustment and working the catch, in addition to being equally tiny, are essentially all black, with no definition to them. Re-doing the fold-out manual to the form factor of the watch case, or even the outer sleeve envelope would be a real help.But, the watch is beautiful. I've had numerous Skagens in the past and this compares quite favorably, at half the cost or less.

Questo orologio mi ha stupito in positivo, il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente.Ordinato per curiosità, mi sono ritrovato con un prodotto valido tra le mani (o meglio, al polso), più un prodotto di stile che di utilità, a causa purtroppo di alcuni lati negativi.Partiamo dalla confezione: il prodotto arriva in una confezione raffinata e di buon gusto, adatta nel caso si voglia acquistare il prodotto come regalo.L'orologio arriva nella confezione già funzionante, non è necessario inserire pile.Il cinturino in maglia di metallo è di buona qualità, anche la chiusura si dimostra affidabile e offre una buona sensazione di resistenza, importante in orologi di basso prezzo, dato che spesso questo aspetto viene poco considerato (ma importantissimo in realtà, in quanto si rischia di perdere l'orologio!).Il cinturino è regolabile grazie a un piccolo "cacciavite" fornito in dotazione che permette di spostare la chiusura lungo il cinturino, allargando e stringendo la misura. E' estremamente semplice da regolare ed è spiegato in maniera abbastanza chiara dalle immagini fornite con la confezione.Il quadrante, di forma tonda, è ben realizzato e come detto corrisponde molto bene allo stile moderno e minimal che ultimamente va molto in voga.L'orologio in sè non ha particolari carattiristiche: mostrerà semplicemente l'ora grazie a due classiche lancette, anch'esse di colore nero. I numeri, in pieno stile minimal, non sono presenti: come si può notare in foto, saranno presenti solo delle tacche in corrispondenza delle ore.E' proprio questo il principale difetto dell'orologio, unito alla colorazione delle lancette e delle tacche: il prodotto perde un po' della sua funzione quando ci ritroviamo in locali bui, in quanto non sarà possibile leggere l'ora; un aspetto sicuramente negativo che non gli permettere di raggiungere le cinque stelle, dato che lo considero un orologio più adatto a contesti casual serali.Rimane comunque un ottimo accessorio per uomo e donna, anche con la suddetta limitazione.Sul quadrante è inoltre posto un minicalendario che mostrerà semplicemente il numero del giorno.I materiali sono di buona fattura, con utilizzo giornaliero dopo qualche mese l'orologio non ha ancora scalfitture (anche se a ragion del vero non ha ancora subito urti degni di nota).Ultima "pecca": il rumore delle lancette è deciso, non ovviamente fortissimo ma si può sentire chiaramente, particolare che a qualcuno potrebbe non piacere.In conclusione, un buon prodotto con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, peccato per la pecca della difficoltà di lettura dell'ora al buio che non gli permette, secondo me, di raggiungere le cinque stelle (ma al giorno d'oggi ritengo che gli orologi siano più un accessorio che un oggetto di utilità, avendo ormai sempre lo smartphone a portata di mano...)Se questa recensione vi è servita, vi chiedo cortesemente di indicarla come "utile" qui in basso! I bought this watch for my husband as a Christmas gift. He is over the moon about it. He said it's his best Christmas present this year. Very stylish and attractive, everyone who has seen it admires it. It arrived with a useful little case to keep it safe in when not wearing it and a tool with which it is easy to adjust the strap. It was also a very good price.

Wasn’t working on arrival, then got messed about by company when trying to return, Amazon were much better for returning. Has out my son off buying watches online

Lovely looking but fiddly strap

Great affordable, reliable watch. Nice weight, doesn't feel cheap. Strap easily adjusted using tool that comes in handy pouch. Crown is very prominent, but not a big issue.
