I'm not sure what's wrong with finding the right size. These gloves are a blessing. I'm 5'7, 160lbs, average build dude. Most gloves end up crushing my palms or wrist, leading to exhaustion and pain.These give a ton of room, so you can use more wrapping to fill up space.Only complaint, is the material inside will make your hands HOT as hell.Other than that, they seem light for 14oz, but worth the 20$ shipping, the Rival website is a pain to use.5 Stars, two healthy non exhausted thumbs up!

Había comprado varios de otras marcas de la misma gama y pocos me habían gustado tanto como estos por lo cómodo me preocupaba que no me doliera la mano por el tipo de vendas que ocupo, pero no he tenido problema y sin super cómodos. Si bien no son de piel, su desempeño es superior a muchas otras marcas que si lo son, por eso rcomiendo ampliamente.

First of all, I really like this product: it's exactly what I was looking to get, very well constructed and thoroughly affordable for a product of its type.To be fair, I just read an article that says persons like me--I'm a workout hound looking for new types of exercise, not a boxer or kickboxer--have no business reviewing boxing gloves, and I think the writer is exactly right. I don't have lots of data for comparison. But Rival and their products get high praise from those who know more than I do (including the writer of the article, who really is a boxer).So I'm reviewing for someone like me who's seeking a good product that won't kill the budget. Rival calls the RB7 a "fitness glove." I use it for the heavy bag and to add a little weight for shadow boxing. I hope to use it for pad/focus-mitt training when COVID permits. I think it would be great for cardio-kickboxing. Rival's material cautions against using it for sparring: it protects my hands perfectly, but I wouldn't want to hit someone with it, since the padding on the knuckles feels pretty stiff.Can boxing gloves be beautiful? If they can, these are, without getting gaudy. I got a little pain in the right thumb from the first use, but since about the third time they've felt perfectly comfortable. They could maybe use some air holes in the palm for ventilation, as my hands do get hot after about twenty minutes of practice, though that may happen with most gloves. I'd still highly recommend them--they look and feel as if they should last for as long as I can practice. Perhaps take a look at Rival's website to see if this model fits your purposes. They have lots of styles to choose among.

These gloves are amazing! I got the 16oz gloves and I have fairly large hands and they fit perfectly with 180cm wraps on. Did a 36 min heavy bag session and there was no discomfort at all. Im 5'11 250lbs and highly recommend.

Fits the wrong way on your hands. The punching surface is too rounded which can cause you to injure your wrist if you don't strike at the precise angle. Not recommend it for a power puncher. Terrible quality. Not what I expected from Rival
