Probably but it would be much darker

It is bendable, but a bit chalky if u are not careful. Or don't have the right brushes. I think it would be too dark for porcelain

It's okay to use on the face as long as it's with a full face routine. Don't just apply directly to the face, moisturize, prime, and whatever else you use like foundation and things, and then you can apply this. It's pretty dark and goes on really opaque. So if you aren't of a medium-dark or darker skin tone be very careful to not over apply this. Hope I helped somewhat. :) Have a wonderful day.
