Good as a postnatal supplement
I use this as a postnatal supplement and it’s amazing! Helps with breastfeeding and recovery after pregnancy.

Great supplement
I came off the contraceptive pill, started these at the same time. I waited around 6 weeks for my first period and I was pregnant two weeks after! Can’t prove it was down to the supplements but I’m in my mid 30s and haven’t had any children yet. I expected it to take a lot longer!

They are too big
The tablet is too big, imagine you have sickness the whole day and then you have to swallow this tablet. I couldn’t return it. Waste of money

I ONLY BOUGHT THESE FROM HERE AS EVERY ALBERTSONS I WENT TOO HAD RUN OUT OF THESE. THE EXP DATE IS UNTIL 2018. THEY WERE ALL SEALED. HAD A VANILLA SWEET SMELL ONCE I TOOK THE SEAL OFF WHICH I HAVE NEVER SMELT ON THE ONES I HAVE PURCHASED FROM ALBERTSONS. I HOPE THESE ARE STILL PRE NATAL PILLS.
