A no-nonsense adapter that does the job
This is one inexpensive and compact adapter that does the job just fine. You simply plug it in, wait until Windows recognizes it and installs any necessary drivers, and you're good to go. No need to head to the official website to install drivers or fiddle with it, granted that you're running Windows 10 and above. I didn't try it with any other operating systems, so I can't tell my experience there. Do not expect crazy fast speeds - it is a modest adapter. Do not expect also crazy reliability as it may cut off for a few seconds and reconnect, especially after sleep or hibernation. It was good enough to supply my PC with WiFi and reliable enough so that I may remotely connect to and control my PC.

Small but very mighty
Took an aging laptop with poor wifi connectivity up to 2024 standards of speed and reliability. Bought for a laptop that performing well EXCEPT for a glaring issue with connecting to wifi. Plug and play installation and easy set up. Works like a dream!

Not recommended
Goes down constantly. Have router in 5 meters from me, max I get is 100mbps while from laptop I get 450. This is the worst product of this brand I have ever purchased.

Is it 5G or 2G only?
Its working good but showing only 2G networks, do we need special software for 5G networks?

The adapter is very small and leaves almost no bulge or footprint on your laptop, went for this because I have a MacBook with a Wi-Fi issue and had to get an external adapter. After trying other models this is the one that worked perfectly for the MacBook and OS version I have. When using you just need to download the Driver and install it (had to use a USB Flash drive for that) and after it got installed the system detects it automatically and everything works smoothly.

Worked with my linux machine. No setup or packages required. Just plug in.

Very happy that this works with linux kernel out of the box, unfortunately internet speeds aren't great, but perhaps that is understandable for the small size.
