Does this unit come with the100 AMP main breaker? Thanks

Yes it has main 100, 2-2 pole 30 amp, and 3-1 pole 20 amp breakers

Ground bar...yes or no? Description says "Includes a fully distributed neutral bar" however I see comments from purchasers that are contrary.

There is no separate ground bar. If it is used as a primary panel, there is a screw included that you can use to ground the neutral bars to the panel, and you can connect your ground wires to the neutral bars. If it is used a a secondary panel (ex. in a garage) you need to buy a ground bar, because the neutral and ground need to be separate.

After installing all circuit breakers there are 2 rows of unused pop outs at bottom, but nothing behind to attach more breakers... what is purpose?

Probably fits anouther panel with more breakers
