Not what I expected
1. Making milk karak is a disaster. The milk boils over and out of the kettle.2. The inside net/sieve/filter is placed too high from the base of the kettle. The water level doesn;t reach the inside of the filter to make less than 2 cups of anything.3. The spout intake is built way too high on the inside. You have to tilt the kettle so much that if you make more than 3/4 cups, the water starts leaking out of the top4. The entire things gets really hot. They should have thought of the handle or lid being made of some other material.5. Cleaning the inside is difficulty since the neck if narrow so you can't get your hand in comfortably to soap the inside.I'm not happy. The product is now sitting in it's packaging in a cupboard.

Don’t buy this product. Water boils into base and stops working.
Don’t buy this product!I’ve bought two of these and both have stopped working. There is a design defect that makes the water boil over and leak into the base. The electronics stop working. I must have used the kettle daily for only 2 months. Not a well designed product. No value for money.
