purchased this awhile ago, it is a great cheese cutter the cheese does not stick to the blade, it is amazing.. This was demoed on TV on a talk show ch.9 MSP, by Aron she swore by it and yes it true.. Great for a charcutier board. plus the tip has a pointer like a pick handy too.

good little cheese knife, especially for the price
This is a lightweight balanced cheese knife. I work at a local cheese and wine shop and I brought it to work to test it cutting several different textures (and stickiness) of cheeses. The knife worked very well, better than some others that we have at work. The knife felt balanced in my hand, cut through all different textures and performed well. I recommend this product, I think it is a good buy for the price. At home, I have a serrated cutco cheese knife ($90) that I use for cheeses and sausages that I love. But I am happy to have this as a second knife. I like that it has two little prongs at the end of the knife for transferring food to a platter without touching. As a bonus, the packaging was attractive and fun telling the story about their Australian startup with clever kitchen gadgets. I would buy this knife again, and will give as gifts to accompany charcuterie platters.

Unbelievably, Shockingly Good!
Buy this. I was SO suspicious that it would work and didn't buy this for months. Finally, in a moment of desperation with my prior cheese knife, I gave in a thought I'd give this a try. Wow.It magically slices through soft cheese (I cut brie) with no mess or leaving half the cheese on the knife. It just works.A game-changer cheese knife! Buy it!

The cheese doesn't stick
Cheese doesn't stick but after that it pretty much just an average knife and a little on the small side for cutting block cheese. It would work great for spreading condiments. The little fork thing on the end of the blade really doesn't work that well.
