These are great caps for the money. A bit large but its ok. I always test all supplements in a glass with a little vinager and warm water to see if the capsules desolve, to memic the stomach juice.If they don't desolve in 10-15 minutes in this mix or in plain water, I am wasting money in purchasing them and I return it for full refund. These capsules desolved quickly and I am pleased with them. So many supplements will not desolve in warm water with vinegar and it is eliminated from the body without being utilized. It trully is a waste of money so please do your homework and test out your newly purchased supplements/caps of any kind. I have a personal experience from this ordeal. I started testing all supplements when after I noticed that I was ELIMINATING the caps/supplement intact. You will be glad you did because then you'll know if you are utilizing them or not. If they don't desolve in water and vinegar, then they are not desolving in your gut.

I was supposed to drink this clay/charcoal powder and I just couldn’t do it. I got these to fill. I wish I got bigger ones because I ended up needing to make and swallow about 5 for one dose but that was my mistake. I. Prefer to stick to this brand for most of my supplements. I find they are good quality. I bought the little spoon scoop thing and it worked out okay

Easy to fill and use.

I use this to make my own vitamin and herbal supplements. I use my vitamix dry container to grind my roots or leaves to a fine powder and then fill capsules. You can also use a pill machine to fill the capsules if you like.The pills goes down easy and absorp well into your system. Also I purchase bulk supplements powders for certain nutrients like Vitamin B6 or better known as Pyridoxamine and Nattokinase a source of vitamin K2 and so forth.You can also put essential oils in the capsules a drop or two. Make sure it's therapeutic grade and that your oils are GRAS if you decide to go that route. With the non-regulated allowance the FDA give vitamin and herbal companies you never know what you're buying so you're better off making your own from a trusted source so you can maintain your body and stay in optimal health. I ordered these veggie caps so I could take essential oils without having to taste them. The order arrived quickly. However, the capsules were larger than I expected. I was comparing them to pre-filled capsules I already had at home. I knew it was strictly a guess as to the size of them. That being said, they still served their purpose well. They do not have a taste, and concealed the taste of my essential oils. They do dissolve rather quickly though. So don't plan on filling a month worth of caps with any type of liquid or oil and storing them. I found I had to fill daily with oils, or i had a huge mess on my hands. I really like the Now brand products and will continue to purchase them. I appreciate that they offer veggie caps as well as gel caps, to suit any need.

I picked up these empty capsules to fill with some bulk herbal supplements. Although they can be taken by mixing them in water or by adding them to some juice, my wife is a bit more sensitive to the taste than I am. These capsules do the trick with hiding the taste. We are able to fill the capsules ourselves and in the long run it will be nice to put together some of our own supplements. The capsules arrived in good condition; we didn’t notice any that were broken or cracked. We did a test in a small dish of water to see how quickly they dissolve. The capsule we tested dissolved in only a few minutes. Happy with the results, we filled a few up and tried them out. We were able to fill them easily and they are a good size that is easy to swallow. They have no taste and I am also happy that they have no added sugar. I will definitely get these again.

I like these. I use them all the time for myself and my daughter. Sometimes an amount of a supplement that I can tolerate. For example, I can only tolerate 250mg of Vitamin C without diarrhea, but my favorite brand only comes in 500mg or higher. I empty half of the contents of one of these in a capsule. Also, I am not an advocate of taking more than is needed of an herb or a medicine. If I feel my autistic daughter needs only 25mg of 5HTP on most days to keep from being irritable why give her 50mg? When you have a tablet, of an antihistamine, and you have a mild problem, that can be taken care of with a half, why take the whole one and risk more drowsiness. With a capsule you usually have not choice but to open it up. Note: if the contents are homogenous you can just open and poor from one capsule to another, but if there are multiple ingredients or you are unsure about fillers, empty the total contents on to wax paper mix the contents up well and then fill the capsules. I also do not like the taste of red palm oil but I want the tocotrienols. I warm the palm oil slightly and take an eyedropper and fill up a number of these capsules quickly.

Love these! I use them for bitter med for my dogs. Cut tablets in half and slip them into these capsules. Turns a difficult task into an easy one! My dog would refuse bad tasting pills even when hidden in roast beef, turkey and other yummy treats. But once in the tasteless capsule- down go the meds! My dog was also prescribed Tyland powder. Vet said sprinkle it on her food... No-go on that! Dog won't eat it. So, I cut a little spoon into the end of a straw, scooped the powder and then the straw spoon fits perfectly into the capsule to pour the powder in. Pop the capsule back together and your done. The capsules came in great shape none broken. They open easily but stay closed always. No problems with them at all. Highly recommed.
