I love the versatility of my Power Plate My5! I can use it for warm up, strength training, HIIT training, yoga (my new favorite), barre moves, stretching and more. The vibration adds a new dimension to all of my fitness routines.

As an athletic trainer I've found there is no better way to prep myself and my clients for their workout. We use Power Plate before, during, and after exercise. In addition, I do appreciate the support I get directly from Power Plate...there staff could not be more helpful. Good on you Power Plate.
