It is just as sweet as regular sugar but you use so much less to get the same sweetness. I didn’t get a bad after taste either. Will buy again.

Sweet tasting. Almost like sugar. Very close to sugar. I think. Dissolves best in hot water. Using puddings desserts, coffee, anything you want sweeter and not use sugar. Great for diabetics because it doesn't raise their blood sugar
