highly recommend!
i love this product! i am a massage therapist and i recommend this to all of my clients to use between treatments. i often get a knot right in between my shoulder blades which i can not reach, so when this came i was delighted as it did the job perfectly, taking away the pain as i could hit the trigger point directly on my pwn. i also use this on my feet and neck and spine! highly recommend, its really sturdy and well made.

Bought on a whim after seeing a random Youtube video, had zero expectations and expected it to be another resident of the "random things I've bought online which were totally useless" bin but within ten minutes of taking it out of the box I'd managed to relieve muscle tension in my back and shoulders that I never even knew I had.

Recommend
Very good for hard to reach places. I only wish it was a little lighter in weight as I'm small so it's kind of awkward and gets tiring. It does help loosen muscles and knots

Shoulder massage thingy.
I don’t normally get round to writing a review but I’ve got to say that this was 20 or so pounds very well spent. I’m an older tree surgeon and my shoulders are half knackered. The muscles are constantly knotted and it hurt to even sleep. This thing took a bit of getting used to with technique but now it’s a godsend! Thanks to the folk who made it 🙌

Gets to the knots
Really good for getting ti those hard to reach places. My only criticism is that some of the plastics edges are not round and can be sharp and they havnt been formed correctly

I have to say was a little sceptical of this product but needed something to reach those hard to get places . this was brilliant, it is well made strong and it gets to all the right spots ,endless ways you can use and with trying new ways you can massage all the sore spots anywhere, l would definitely recommend it if you just want to go at an annoying knot or muscle that needs a rubbing back to life
