Great labels for metal shelves!
I'm a bar manager and our keg shelves are metal and too wide to fit the traditional clip on labels. These worked perfectly. Stick to the metal very well, which is impressive because of the age of the shelves. Ended up ordering more for the metal shelving units in my garage!

Prefect for Labeling my husbands toolboxes and easy to switch out.
Prefect for labeling my husbands toolboxes. He wanted something he could use to label what is in all his giant toolboxes, and metal drawer bins. These are perfect and easy to change or switch out. Clearly read. Would definitely buy more in the future!

I purchased these to label my shelves of canning jars. They are easy to install and can be moved as needed. A great help to my organization.

Marking containers or drawers
The item was used to marked containers. I put a little piece of velcro on the back. This enabled me to remove or place the label holder on the container when needed. The size was perfect and the item itself worked great!

They specify 1 inch by 2 inches. They're actually 0.8" x 2".
In reference to the magnetic "c" channel itself, not the label inserts - the specs for these items were: 1" x 2" & I received 0.8" x 2". Which doesn't seem like a big deal, I'm sure. However, when working on a project that requires PRECISE measurements, it IS a bit of a big deal! It's not worth the effort to return them for the $9 spent, & I'm sure that I can find a use for them. I just can't use them for what was intended.PROS:The magnets themselves are not bad. They're decent quality/strength. They attach well enough to proper metals & other magnets. They're fairly sturdy & appear as though they could last a while.CONS:Not ONLY are the measurements of the magnetic channels incorrect, but the companion inserts (both the label cards & plastic covers) aren't properly sized. They slide out the very instant they are moved or touched. Personally, this would not have been an issue as I was intending to use other, pre-made, label-inserts. Inserts fitted for use with an inch high "c" channel holder.•☆•CONCLUSION•☆•If you're interested in precise measurements & do not intend to replace or permanently attach the label cards as well as the plastic covers . . . DON'T BOTHER WITH THESE!If you do not require precision, have no intention of reusing the inserts, &/or you're not bothered by replacing the inserts . . . Then, by all means, have at it! If you simply want magnetic "c" channel HOLDERS that are ALMOST 1" high, then these aren't a terrible deal. However, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THESE TO ANYONE.Unless they deserved a frustrating prank. In which case, these are an ideal April Fool's Day gift for rival contractors, the annoying type "A" coworker, or someone suffering from OCD that you wish to push over the edge. Yeah, these would be perfect for any of the aforementioned!
