Great basic comptuer
For the price, this basic refurbished model has all you need for home computing- a fast processor and plenty of memory. I purchased it to replace an older HP Pavilion that could not be upgraded to Windows 10 due to a graphics card issue, and wanted all of the computers on my home network to be on the same platform. It did also come with a 3 month warranty, which could be extended if you felt uncomfortable with purchasing a refurbished product.

Ok so far...
It’s ok so far for the first day of use. It froze up once and I restarted and it seems to be ok for now. I will update my review in about a week or two as I’m working from home now and will have to use it every day. I can say it seems brand new instead of refurbished.

Great price ... at a price.
While the price was right I felt the keyboard and mouse are cheap city. The keys stick and you have to force them down with a sound like it's breaking ... the mouse sqeeks when you click it (yeah, I know but this mouse shouldn't)- like plastic rubbing against plastic ... unnervingI still haven't been able to make the system recognize my microphone.Other than that I'm still getting used to WIndows 10 ... it does slow down the system.

great purchase for the price
The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is, I had too open it up and reconnect a connection inside due to shipping I assume, other than that the only down side is it has integrated graphics so if you want to play games (good games) you will need to get a graphics card, great purchase for the price!

Not perfect had to send back
Bought refurbished and it has the same problem the another refurbished HP I bought had - cannot maintain a steady Ethernet connection. The cable technician informed me that this is typical of refurbished PC's - not all will work properly, like a used car there may be issues.
