Works for me and my broken wrist. Still on the softest pack. My good hand gets a good workout from the Blue Firm pack (hardest) too. This can be used to keep both hands strong long after the wrist is healed.

I am doing physical therapy for a broken wrist and purchased these for one of the exercises. I am only able to manage x-soft but will work my way through rest as my wrist improves. I am glad they have the x-soft as it is as much as I can manage at this point. Good product. It is not too sticky and does not stick to your hands when used.

Well made and durable. Yellow is xtra soft, orange is soft, green is medium. The Blue is supposed to be firm, but it is xtra soft.
