Amazing replacement better than the original.
This CUE touch screen is amazing and way better than the original oem. Works perfectly and looks brand new again. Pretty easy to install and fits perfectly I saved a ton of money compared to what the dealership wanted to charge. Definitely worth it.

The installation was a lot more difficult than advertised...
... but that was NOT the fault of the part or the vendor, and it works perfectly. I saved hundreds in repair costs, and the tools provided with it were instrumental in making it so that the major surgery to the trim did absolutely no damage and there is no indication that it ever happened. Great stuff!

Inexpensive reliable touch screen
This screen for the IQ is freaking awesome! Very inexpensive but works flawlessly! If you take your time the project is not too bad. Plan on a few hours. But the end result is a very reliable sensitive touch screen.

Cost Effective
We couldn’t see the old screen anymore because of the gel wrinkling and drying up. The new screen works perfectly fine. There were just a few trim clips that were hard to release. Mainly the plate behind the ashtray. Nice product.

Great product. Does not come with instructions.
This product works great on my 2018 Cadillac XTS. One thing I am disappointed with is that it does not come with instructions. You’re either left to take it to an audio shop or do intensive research on how to install this into your particular car. I found the best instruction manual and video on Cuescreens.com; the website claims that most smaller companies direct their customers to the cuescreen website for installation help. Customer service responded to me within 24 hours *after I had already found online help* they told me I would have to look it up which seems fair for the price All in all, the quality is great and the screen is not dull or funny looking.

Works Flawless on Cadillac
Installed on a 2016 Cadillac SRX with a 2018 Cue. Pros: Installation took less than 30 min. Screen was packaged extremely well. No flaws in the screen. Tools worked perfect. Cons: Does not come with a tack cloth so you will undoubtedly get dust between the glass and replacement touchscreen. I recommend replacing the screen outside to limit dust and/or buy a tack cloth to ensure you get a lint free replacement.
