A great quality anatomically correct poster of a woman as she goes through the various stages of pregnancy with informative information. All images are drawn, but detailed and accurate. Very much how textbooks portray anatomy.I really do love the poster, it even came with instruction on how to uncurl it.I do want to caution anyone buying this on a whim, the other side of the poster is not pregnancy focused, but female anatomy focused with lots of close up images, some of private areas. Again these are drawn and not photographs. These are also accurate depictions great for teaching, but maybe not something you want to be readily accessible depending on who is in your house and their maturity level.

This is a gorgeous wall decoration for a kid who is interested in the topic! It looks like what you'd see in a doctor's office but without the pharmaceutical company logo. It's full color and very detailed. Obviously not appropriate for every kid or family but a great surprise for mine!

Pretty good diagrams. Intended purpose was to help some little girls understand where their new sibling is coming from. They were mildly interested but I think that will grow with the child. And the other side will be more useful in a few years. The diagrams are similar in quality to good textbooks, but bigger. Very well labeled. The poster did come a bit squashed which has left some creases in it, but its possible that happened after a certain child tried to eat the rolled up tube so hard to know if that was shipping damage or in house. But it could use more robust packaging.

I wish we'd had this when our second kid was being born, it would have made explaining things to the first kid so much easier. I really liked seeing the hormone chart on here - we were monitoring hCG during our attempts, hoping for certain numbers at certain times, and just seeing the full context of it would have been nice.It does seem lacking in the fetal development section - there's only three pictures there, when that normally would be a focus with a lot more pictures of what develops when. Since I knew then when I ordered the poster, I don't feel like I can subtract a star for this though.The physical quality is nice - the paper is good and the color and print quality are excellent.
