I'm currently crocheting my cat a sofa bed and needed a small amount of batting to fill the cushions. I'm not a quilter etc so I thought batting would come pre-cut/large quantities etc. so I'm pleased this is cut by the yard so I don't have lots of excess. The texture was a little weird for me as I've never used it before and needed very sharp scissors to cut through - otherwise the scissors just jammed into the batting or pulled the layers apart. The pattern never said what weight of batting to use so I thought it best to go with 3oz so that I can double it if necessary, and less waste if I did double it. I ended up doubling the batting and in the process of stitching the last side. The cushions feel very nice and plush. I was chuffed to get notifications of the parcel being dispatched, out for delivery and delivered as it was through Royal Mail. I was surprised how quick it came. Great price as well, so I'll definitely buy more if I ever need batting again.

This item is very soft but for me I should have chosen a thicker weight.

Plenty of the item to last for a long time for small works.

Worked well for quilting project (used multiplelayres at once). Good for price.

The next time I order would def double up on thickness it was a bit thin so would go up at least 2 thickness more

I love this batting, it is by far the best I have bought in my years of quilting, I thought I had bought from this company before, but obviously not, but I will definitely be buying again . And definitely in all of the different weights, this is such a game changer for my quilting, no more struggling to keep everything in place, as it just sits nicely in my quilt sandwich

The product was what it said it was, arrived promptly seller was helpful. Unfortunately due to not reading carefully enough I thought it was fusible wadding and gave a poor review which I cannot remove .
